Eofor Ancestor of Eomer and Eowyn. Eofor was the third son of King Brego of Rohan. He had two older brothers, Baldor and Aldor. Baldor was lost on the Paths of the Dead and Aldor succeeded Brego as King. Eofor lived at Aldburg in the Folde. Eomund - the father of Eomer and Eowyn - was descended from Eofor through many generations. Eomer inherited Aldburg and used it as his base before he became King.
Names & Etymology: The name Eofor means "wild boar" in Old English.
